can some literally tell me how they work &&whats a good one &&also what do the terms mean.
im new at this sorrys.
don’t want to have bad credit or be in debt.
i just want to use it for a laptop &&thats it.
Start off with a secured card, that way you won’t get turned down and you won’t get penalized before you even start.
See http://www.esuperfind.com/nextmillenniumcc.php?id=nsth
When you get it, just use it and when the bill comes, ALWAYS pay it in full.
If you don’t think you can’t do that then you can’t afford whatever it is that you are buying so don’t buy it.
That’s all you need to know. Really that easy.

A simple laptop isn’t that expensive anymore.
How will you pay for this later if you can’t even pay for it now? Do you have a job? If you do, you should be able to buy it right out ($400 for a tiny one?) If you don’t have a job, you don’t need a credit card. If you do have some money and are looking for a credit card, just get one from your bank. If you don’t have a bank account, that should be your first step, get a special student one– they waive (get rid of) many of the fees that ‘adults’ have to pay, and give us things like overdraft protection (when there’s no money in your checking account but you try to use your debit card anyways-normally they can charge you $25-35).

Try student credit cards. I did a quick Google search and it looks like a site such as findcollegecards could help you. Try your luck with those, and see if you get approved.
As long as you pay your credit card off in full each, and every month, you will have nothing to worry about!
