Why do banks don’t state the reason why they deny credit card application in the Philippines?

I have been approved of credit cards before but there are specific banks I’d like to apply for A Credit Card but never was my application granted. You can’t say I’m not qualified cause I have been approved of 2 before. Do banks have different sets of standards in approving application? What’s annoying is why they do not specifically say the reason why I am declined.
they don’t give reasons for denial in any country – maybe you have too MUCH credit for your income if you already have 2 cards – why would you need a 3rd? you shouldn’t be carrying big balances on credit cards – that is a sure way to financial disaster
of course different banks have different approval criteria – obviously these banks view you as risky and don;t want to assume that risk

Do you have to have a credit card for a PayPal account?

Ok so I am a little stupid in this area considering I have never bought anything from the internet before, but I was just looking on ebay and saw some great bargains. They recomend you pay with paypal, but I don’t have one and have no idea what it requires. I am under age and do not have A Credit Card or any equivalent, is it still possible for me to use ebay? Could I make another little bank account and put my birthday money in there and conect paypal to that? I am a real idiot at this so your probably thinking my question is stupid, but I seriously need an easy explanation on how to get around the crediti card business and to use paypal in a safe way.

You don’t need a credit card, all you need is a checking account. Only information they need is name,address,phone, bank routing number, and your bank account number. Then they verify your account by making two small deposits in your account (less than a dollar) then once they make the two small deposits you enter in the amount of the deposits and that’s how your account is verified. Paypal is free and it’s really nice to have because you can transfer money to and from your bank account from your Paypal account.

A Republican House member shouted “you lie” during President Obama’s health care speech to Congress on Wednesday, and members of both parties condemned the heckling. Rep. Joe Wilson shouted “you lie” after President Obama denied the health care plan would cover illegal immigrants. At 1:36 into this clip, the President of the Unites States was indeed heckled while addressing Congress
After the speech, South Carolina Rep. Joe Wilson issued a statement apologizing for his outburst. “This evening, I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the president’s remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill,” the statement said. “While I disagree with the president’s statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologies to the president for this lack of civility.”
The outburst came when Obama denied that proposed health care legislation would provide free health coverage for illegal immigrants. Immediately, Wilson shouted, “You lie!” The outburst caused Obama to stop and look toward the heckler. “That’s not true,” the president responded.
Behind him, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi appeared shocked and turned toward the outburst as Vice President Joe Biden looked down and shook his head. Loud boos echoed through the chamber immediately after the outburst. After the speech, Republican Sen. John McCain, the Republican presidential candidate defeated by Obama last year, called Wilson’s outburst “totally disrespectful” and said he should apologize.
Appearing on CNN’s “Larry King Live,” he said there was “no place for it in that setting or any other and he should apologize immediately.”
Other Republicans also criticized Wilson, along with the expected Democratic condemnation. “It was crude and disrespectful,” said Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois, a top Senate Democrat. “I think the person who said it will pay a price.” Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, called on Wilson to go to the floor Thursday and apologize.
She said Wilson’s comment and other GOP tactics “strike me as odd. … The minority leader has to get control of his conference.” But Jackson Lee described Wilson as “a likeable guy, seemingly reserved” and said it was “rather surprising” when saw who shouted the comment. After the speech, Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, tweeted that it was the “biggest” disappointment of the evening. “Biggest disappointmnt of evening, the total lack of respect shown by one member for the President,” she wrote. “Never acceptable to behave like a jerk.”
Wilson, who has served five terms, represents the state’s 2nd congressional district, which includes the state capital, Columbia, and stretches to Beaufort and Hilton Head Island.
