Paypal $6,000+ EXTORTION, Chargeback Fraud, Collection Attempts!
UPDATE 5/09: I have uploaded the new video which shows the documents that were passed back and forth from paypal to wells fargo merchant processor proving my cliams. Make sure to view it. In that one, there arecopies of the documents the bank provided proving they did not approve the chargeback and paypal is lying: For now, this video: Paypal fraudulant chargeback, BANK DID NOT APPROVE CHARGEBACK! Yet Paypal still is pursuing me and is claiming even after I handled evidence stating otherwise, that the buyer’s credit card company “ruled in the buyer’s favor”. LIE LIE LIE and I can prove it!

PART 2 i have called and argued long distance, gave them the trans# a million times and they are trying to tell me its “fees” fees that magically add up to the exact amount that they double credited the cx..now they call me and harass me on a daily basis for the funds..as i said how are they still operating? they are criminals..that also facilitate fraud with all of these chargeback scams, they charge ridiculous fees and then dont even stand up for you when there is a chargeback..

PART 1 everybody gets ripped off from PP.they are criminals. the only reason they are still in business is because most ppl.myself included take the monetary loss and emotional stress and would rather not add to that loss by taking it to court…they lie and extort and just do so many illegal things that i have no idea why they are even still operating.i manually refunded a cx, only for PP to refund them again since they didnt close their dispute.

hahaha they have screwed me too out of 1k dollars that I sold items legit on ebay. They “limited” my acct and are holding my money for 180 days they say. I mean my 6 year old daughters used clothing and toys and a used cell phone! PAYPAL SUCKS! Come on – taking money from a single mom selling her daughters old stuff?? PAYPAL YALL ARE SOME REAL BASTARDS!!

1=we sell service & parts 2= it is common for us to take ccard 3= I have been sent to collections, they took money I had in my account, siezed operations of my business, I lost thousands above the $6K, they lied, broke laws, are still pursuing me, all in video 4= It costs a bit to sue civil unlimited, Attorneys don’t want to touch it, it is not worth it to them unless it is a class.5= I sued the bank to charge the customer to pay paypal because paypal told me the bank denied the chargeback.

Out of all the info you gave I missed what you sold to your customer. Was in a tangible good or was it a service? Also, I can’t understand why someone would take paypal for a $6000 transaction because of the fees. Why not take a certified check or wire transfer? The fees are little or nothing for that. Why sue the bank if you still have the money? Why get a lawyer? If your facts are straight and you did nothing wrong then all you have to do is present your case, the judge has to follow the law.
